The working terms for the Codemen website, customer workspace and software orders.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not probe other accounts, interfere with the service, misuse support, or redistribute licensed source files. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Quotes, orders and delivery
Catalog prices describe the stated software edition. Custom development, installation, external services, infrastructure and additional modules are included only when expressly listed in your order or written quote. Review the selected release, license and deliverables before payment. The delivery method is shown before checkout and recorded with your order. Automatic delivery provides the associated source download after verified payment. For manual delivery, our team contacts you at your account email to arrange the source handover after payment is confirmed; no immediate download is provided. A demo request does not create a purchase.
Crypto payment instructions
Use only the asset, network, receiving address and exact amount shown on your active invoice. Include any identifying fractional amount; it is part of the invoice total. Blockchain fees are separate. Transfers to another network or address, expired invoices and incorrect amounts require investigation and do not automatically grant a license. Keep your transaction identifier and contact support before sending a second payment.
Support and remedies
Report a delivery problem or reproducible defect through your workspace with the order number and relevant details, excluding private keys and passwords. We will review the issue against the agreed deliverables and discuss the appropriate remedy. These terms do not remove mandatory rights available under applicable law. Software and demonstrations do not constitute investment advice, a financial license, a guarantee of profit or a promise of regulatory approval.
