Supply chain & logistics
Turn fragmented handovers into a usable operational record. Connect partners, documents and events so teams can find the next action and the evidence behind it.
Discuss your requirementsMap the chain of responsibility
Shipment tracking is useful only when each event has a meaning and a responsible party. We map purchase, preparation, dispatch, receipt and exception workflows across the organizations involved. Each handover should identify its source, time and supporting records, while partner access exposes the information needed for collaboration without sharing every internal document.
Connect systems without hiding uncertainty
Warehouse, transport and supplier systems rarely report at the same pace. We design event ingestion, identifiers and reconciliation so late or repeated updates do not silently overwrite a better record. A dashboard should distinguish reported, verified and disputed states. Blockchain anchoring can be evaluated for shared evidence, but does not replace the process that captures a physical event.

Plan for disconnected operations
Operational software needs a plan for delayed data, incomplete scans and changing partners. We agree how records are retried, how corrections are attributed and which decisions require review. Pilot acceptance should use representative handovers and real document formats, then verify that teams can find unresolved work without maintaining a second spreadsheet beside the platform.
Questions worth asking.
Can the platform work with our ERP or warehouse system?
We review the available APIs, export formats and event ownership first. Integration scope includes field mapping, synchronization frequency and how conflicting records are resolved.
Is a blockchain required for traceability?
No. A controlled event store can be the right foundation. Shared verification requirements, partner trust boundaries and data privacy determine whether an on-chain component adds value to the workflow.
