We turn an exchange concept into a defined set of trading, account and operational workflows. Discovery establishes the market model, custody arrangement, asset list and relationship with liquidity or execution providers. Development can cover order entry, market views, balances, deposits, withdrawals and the administration tools needed to manage them. Particular attention goes to order states, precision, duplicate requests and reconciliation between account records and external systems. We define launch acceptance around agreed scenarios and workload rather than vague capacity claims. Delivery includes application source, integration documentation, operational procedures and a prioritized release plan. Optional modules such as merchant trading or derivatives are scoped separately so their additional rules remain explicit.
