The interface should distinguish a created request from a settled payment and give support staff enough context to investigate an exception. We agree whether the application connects to your infrastructure or a selected provider, and keep signing responsibilities explicit. Delivery includes request deduplication, reconciliation jobs and recovery instructions. Test scenarios cover expired invoices, delayed observations, unavailable nodes and customer retries without assuming every payment completes immediately.
