CODEMEN / Privacy
Privacy, by design.
How Codemen handles information when you explore our website, request a project, or use your workspace.
Information you provide
We store the account details, project enquiries, support messages and order information you submit. Passwords are stored as salted, computationally expensive hashes, never as readable passwords. Blockchain transaction identifiers and the public receiving addresses associated with an invoice are recorded for payment reconciliation.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your account, answer your requests, deliver licensed software, verify payments and protect the service against abuse. Depending on the interaction and applicable law, processing is necessary to perform an agreement, respond to your requested pre-contractual steps, meet a legal obligation or pursue the legitimate interest of operating a secure service.
Cookies and service providers
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your personal information. Hosting, email and blockchain providers process the information necessary for their role. If SMS verification is enabled, the verification provider receives the phone number and verification request. Provider locations may differ from yours.
Retention and your choices
We retain operational records while needed to provide the service and resolve requests. Financial and security records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, disputes or fraud prevention. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Codemen. Contact codemenco@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity and explain any records we must retain. Rights and complaint routes depend on the law applicable to you.
