Understand what you can build with a Codemen source code license. The license attached to your order defines your purchased rights.
One commercial product
Our standard license permits you or one client to operate one end product, modify the delivered source for that product, and charge customers for its services. Source ownership and intellectual property remain with their respective owners. Additional deployments or sublicensing require a separate written agreement.
Source delivery and restrictions
Your order identifies the delivered version and source archive. You may not resell, publish, share or redistribute the source as a competing script, template, library or marketplace item. Contractors may access it only to work on your licensed end product under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licenses.
Before your purchase
Request a demonstration and confirm the modules, deployment requirements, installation work, support period and update rights you need. A source license does not include hosting, a payment provider account, blockchain fees, custody services or permission to conduct regulated activities unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
